About

Experienced. Diligent. Thoughtful.

Practice Overview

Lucy is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, certified by the State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.

Lucinda Lee’s experience involves estate and tax planning for individuals (including entrepreneurs, executives, artists, professionals, philanthropists, and heirs), their families, their family businesses, and their philanthropic entities. She specializes in counseling families in multi-generation wealth transactions. She also works in the areas of trust and estate administration, probate avoidance, and charitable giving. Her planning helps individuals lovingly communicate their wishes, further their charitable purposes, and reduce unnecessary taxes and expenses to protect their families, businesses, and investment portfolios. At a client’s request, Lucy will meet with her clients at their homes or offices.

Lucy encourages clients to write their own “Letters of Wishes” to family members to personalize their thoughts and wishes for the beneficial uses of her clients’ legacy. Lucy also encourages clients to write similar letters with detailed directions on end-of-life guidelines to supplement legal documents. Clients regularly compliment Lucy for her nurturing manner and personal handling of their legal matters. When appropriate, Lucy involves additional counsel for specific projects, such as business issues, real estate transactions, and litigation.

I am moved by your advice and counsel and the personal interest you impart towards our family. I recognize that I needn’t just guard my fortunes; I can move them, direct them, in significant ways that reflect my appreciation of what on this earth I’d like to protect. Thank you for telling me the time is now.
